I had a wonderful first experience buying a car. Never would’ve pictured myself in an SUV but I am IN LOVE with this Kia. It is a wonderful car! It needed a minor fix and JJ made sure he got it taken care of. He guided me through the whole process and answered any questions, even the silly ones, that I had. Definitely would use them again!
Went in to buy a F150. Mr.Terry was an insane help. Got all the paperwork done before I took the 3 1/2 hour drive up there to Jasper. He stayed after hours to get me in this truck. The pricing of it was incredibly fair, and they worked with me on my trade value. Mr. Terry and the quality of my truck made this experience worth 5 stars. I arrived 30 minutes after close and he had all paperwork ready for signing, and the truck detailed ready to go. He was personable, social, and very professional. Everything was done over the phone up until signing. 100% would recommend Hometown for your next truck.

Well I finalized the paperwork on this BAD BOY today! I can’t say enough about the guys at Hometown Auto Sales in Jasper AL!!! This is the second time they have went above and beyond for me personally. Who else delivers a car over 400 miles for a test drive and backs up just about every sale with a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY!!!! Had to make a change , the gas on the Jeep was killing me . Gonna miss it, but I’m also excited to be getting better mileage and a much smoother ride.

Ok first off I'll say I'm in sales. I know the amount of work that it takes to deal with people. And anybody in sales knows that selling anything to another salesperson is some of the hardest deals. JJ was perfect. Not only did they have the truck priced exactly right, but the few things I wanted done he took care of no questions asked. The warranty alone is worth thousands. UPDATE!
A few days after my purchase, I had to call JJ about an oil leak. (New truck was so clean it took a couple days to show up) He was extremely helpful and not only got right on fixing it, he sent someone to me at work to pick up my truck and left me a loaner just like the truck I bought from him. My truck is set to be delivered back to me today. Not only do I absolutely love the truck I got, but I wouldn't trade the customer service from JJ and all the guys at Hometown Auto Sales for 10 trucks! That's a check you can take to the bank!!
